Rebel Hill Brewing Company has finally opened its highly-anticipated second Phoenixville location, “Brewery on Bridge,” right in the center of our little kick-ass town. Their motto is “In Beer We Crush!” and we have to say they are crushing it hard!
Rebel Hill was originally founded by head brewer Greg Kluge in 2018 and has now expanded to a second location that is giving us everything we wanted. With that being said, the most exciting part of the new taproom and brewery is the new FOOD and COCKTAIL options!
We couldn’t just take everyone’s word for it, so we headed downtown to try out the newest brewery in town for ourselves. It was busy when we walked into the brewery on Saturday night, but they luckily had 2 tables available.
The atmosphere was fun and inviting. Our waiter, Phil, was the best! We seriously wanted to try all of the new cocktails. We started with the Boozy Tea, Crush It (creamsicle crush), the Lady Lavender (a lemon drop martini), and the Rum Apple Cinnamon Cider. All of them were amazing, we plan to make the Apple Cider for Thanksgiving! (Yes, it’s that good.)
For appetizers, we had a pound of the Thai Chili Sticky Wings and a cup of Mutt Chili. These are hands down one of the best wings in Phoenixville! They were crispy, a great size, and the flavor was great.
The chili has a hint of habanero and definitely hits the spot! For dinner we shared the Cali Chicken Sandwich and the Pub Burger, which comes with a huge side of fries and a pickle.
We talked to the Bar Manager and got the scoop for you guys! They plan on rotating the drink menu seasonally, and they will be adding a few more items, including desserts, to their menu soon! It is just the beginning, we cannot wait to see what else this cool little place will have to offer.
This will definitely be the go-to spot for drinks and wings for all my friends after work. If you have not stopped by, we definitely recommend you try it out. Tell them Phoenixville Online sent you!
