“I started strength training at age fifteen for high school football and continue doing it to this day. I just love lifting heavy weights and doing a little cardio when I can find the time. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize until a few years ago that being healthy starts in the kitchen and that what you eat truly does matter. Long story short, when I was in my early 40’s, I was up to 285 pounds and had high blood pressure and diabetes. I knew that I needed to make a lifestyle change in order to get my health problems under control. Over the two years, I dropped 60 pounds and was able to go off some of my medications. My doctor was so impressed that he said I should consider helping others that suffer from the same problems. I thought about it for a while and decided to go for it. I studied for my fitness certifications and became a personal trainer a few years ago. Coach Chuck is a certified personal trainer coaching at Phoenixville Fit Body Boot Camp (FBBC) located at 700 Nutt Road in the Giant shopping center. He is available from 4 pm – 8 pm Monday thru Friday at FBBC to teach and assist small group classes in reaching their personal health and fitness goals with High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). He is also taking a limited number of clients for one-on-one personal training at Planet Fitness at a rate of $45/hr and has the following packages available for multiple sessions:
