The Boardroom is not just a place to dine but a community hub where history, creativity, and passion converge to offer an exceptional dining experience.

The Boardroom Restaurant and Bottle Shop, a newer addition to Phoenixville’s vibrant culinary scene, is housed in the historic Phoenixville Steel Corporation Offices building. This iconic structure has seen various restaurants come and go, but none have matched the success of The Boardroom.

Pat Merriman opened The Boardroom with a mission to introduce something fresh and exciting to Phoenixville, a town that is deeply cherished by himself and all of the staff. Having been inspired by the local community, its talented entrepreneurs, community organizers, chefs, and residents, The Boardroom is not just a restaurant but a culmination of Pat’s dreams and hard work, shared with his closest friends.

Culinary Excellence at The Boardroom

Executive Chef George Crow brings 17 years of culinary experience to the table. Described as an encyclopedia of culinary arts, his dedication to cooking is unparalleled, and his culinary creations are a must-try for anyone visiting The Boardroom. With Sous Chef Tony Gonzales by his side, they are a dynamic team that strives to bring you culinary excellence.

As a cocktail and raw bar, you will find yourself surrounded by incredible selections of food and drink to enjoy. Start your experience off with an order of 6 or 12 raw oysters, sourced from different areas each week throughout the region, served with a pink peppercorn mignonette.

Another delicious starter is the hand-picked selection of cheese and charcuterie with seasonal accoutrements, changing week by week to allow you to experience something new with almost every visit.

At The Boardroom, the commitment to quality and culinary excellence is evident in every dish that leaves the kitchen. The restaurant prides itself on being a from-scratch kitchen, where each dish is meticulously made to order. This dedication to craftsmanship means that, while it may take a few extra minutes compared to a chain restaurant, the level of excellence you’ll experience is truly unmatched.

One of the standout dishes is the house-made Rosemary Focaccia, made fresh daily, and served with a side of marinara and prosciutto. This delightful combination of flavors offers a perfect start to your meal.

Another fan favorite is the Buffalo Milk Burrata, which is beautifully presented atop a pesto, strawberry, and heirloom tomato salad. The creamy burrata perfectly complements the fresh, vibrant salad, creating a dish that is as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate.

For those who enjoy a classic sandwich with a twist, the Heirloom BLT is a must-try. Featuring toasted sourdough, thick-cut applewood smoked bacon, garlic aioli, lettuce, and cracked pepper, this BLT elevates a traditional favorite to new heights.

To keep the menu exciting and ensure that there’s always something new to try, Chef George features different entree specials every weekend. This approach not only highlights the creativity and skill of the kitchen staff but also ensures that every visit offers a new and delightful culinary experience. Whether you’re a regular or a first-time visitor, the ever-changing menu will leave you eagerly anticipating your next meal at The Boardroom.

Don’t forget to stop in for different daily specials and events. Enjoy Buck-a-Shuck Oysters on Mondays, and on Tuesdays, come in for $7 Margaritas and Chef Tony’s Taco Special! On Wednesday nights, there is an open-mic comedy night for all to enjoy.

Oh! And be sure to save room for dessert!
